Senior Minister Brent Cramer & Wife Renee
Following graduation, Brent accepted the position of Senior Minister at Eastside Christian Church
in El Paso, Texas. Brent spent two years preaching and teaching in El Paso before moving back to
Indiana. After moving back to Indiana, Brent used his gifts and talents to minister part-time as an
evangelist, vocalist, and guitarist at various churches and events throughout the Midwest.
Brent's wife, Renee, was raised near Cory, Indiana and attended Clay City High School. Following
high school she attended Olivet Nazarene University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts
Degree in Chemistry. Brent & Renee have two daughters Elaina and Graceanna, who have brought
much joy to all of us.
Together they have a heart to see people of all ages develop a personal relationship with Jesus
Christ. Working together as a ministry team, Brent and Renee feel called by God to grow and
encourage the body of Christ.

Youth Minister Nick Defore & Wife Tessa
Nick grew up in Clay County, Indiana graduating in 2000 from Clay City High School. After
graduating from High School Nick went on to college to study Youth Ministry at Olivet Nazarene
University, but later transferred to Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana. He graduated
from Indiana Wesleyan University in the Spring of 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Youth
Ministry.
Tessa grew up in Putnam County, Indiana and graduated from South Putnam High School in 2000.
She went on after High School to attend the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana. She
graduated in the Spring of 2004 with an Associates Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting, and a
B.S. in Sports Medicine.
Nick and Tessa began dating their freshman year of college after meeting through mutual
friends. After dating for nearly four years, Nick proposed in September of 2004. They were
married in May of 2005 and have a daughter Elia Grace. Both of them have a passion for
ministering to our youth.

our Creator and is driven to see God’s people sing to an Audience of One.
Dave’s wife, Emily, is also from Hannibal. She loves working with children and has a passion for
four children. One daughter and three sons, Taylor, Will, Elijah, and Clay.
Dave and Emily are happy to be a part of the Wheatland Christian Church family and look
forward to journeying with each of you as together we build our church up for the glory of God.
